We ship almost WORLDWIDE! If you cannot find your region or country in the checkout at checkout, please contact us via shop@eightandargot.com and we will help you with the order.

Standard shipping is FREE for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
For the rest of the areas and countries of the world it is already INCLUDED in the sales prices.

The STANDARD SHIPPING They will normally be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

For reasons of sustainability and to help reduce our carbon footprint, we group packages together to optimize their collection by the transport service.

The EXPRESS SHIPPING (selectable option only available for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, with an additional charge of €8) will be prioritised and sent the following working day, provided that you place your order before 1pm (Monday to Friday, except holidays). If you place your express order after 1pm, it will be sent with an additional day's delay.

** Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Depending on the destination, estimated delivery times may be delayed due to customs procedures or difficulties in delivering the package. Deliveries to remote locations that do not have a daily route may also extend the delivery time.

All orders are shipped from Barcelona – SPAIN, and depending on the destination the carriers are DHL EXPRESS, TIPSA and CORREOS. After shipment, you can track your package through the corresponding carrier's website, using the tracking number and link that you will receive by email.

Shipping information notes:

When placing an order, it is important to pay attention and double-check the billing and shipping information. Make sure that all required fields are properly and correctly filled out to avoid delays and incidents.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

If the purchase order includes more than one model, it is possible that our usual shoe boxes will be omitted for shipment, for reasons of volume optimization and logistical sustainability.

It is recommended that you keep the brown outer box from the shipment, so that it can be reused in case an exchange or return is required, and to ensure the necessary protection during transport. 

The shipping cost includes postage, handling costs, and packaging/transport box. Any possible tariff charges, customs fees or taxes of any kind that may be required at destination are not included and will always be the responsibility of the buyer, who must pay them upon delivery of the order. Regulations and controls differ according to each country, and since the recipient is the importer of the items, it is their responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their territory.

During special periods and peak activity such as Sales, Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be increased due to carrier saturation. EIGHT & ARGÔT is not responsible for delays caused by transport services.

The first change of model or size is FREE for SPAIN and PORTUGAL* within 8 days of receiving the order. 

If you wish to exchange your purchase from any other area or country in the world, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order.

*Includes the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, and excludes the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira.

You have 8 calendar days from the delivery date to request a free change of size or model. If you exceed that first deadline, you still have up to 14 calendar days* from the moment the order is delivered to request an exchange, with a single cost of €5 for shipping. This will also be the case for subsequent exchanges in the same order.

For this, it is essential that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, and it must retain its original box. No exchange will be accepted for any item that has been used beyond just opening it or has suffered any damage.

*Christmas Special: Orders placed after November 22 have an extended exchange period until January 12.

You can make your change in a way (1) ONLINE or (2) IN PERSON:

(1) Steps to follow for ONLINE CHANGE REQUEST: send an email to shop@eightandargot.com with the matter “CHANGE REQUEST – ORDER no. xxxx” and indicate in your email the following information:

  • Name and surname of the person who placed the order
  • Order number
  • Details of the pair of shoes to be exchanged (model name and size number)
  • Details of the new pair of shoes you want (model name and size number)
  • Telephone contact

You will receive a response and authorization email within 24-72 hours, with all the necessary information and instructions to proceed with the collection and exchange.

Important: Packages will not be accepted for changes that have not been previously processed and accepted by email according to the procedure indicated above.

(2) Also You can make your changes IN PERSON and FREE OF CHARGE at any of our traveling events or at our permanent space EIGHT & ARGÔT (See address and appointment).

Change information notes:

You can exchange the size or buy another model/product. If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, the difference in price must be paid in advance. If the new product has a lower price, the difference will be refunded in the form of a coupon deductible from future online purchases.

If at the time of requesting the change there is no stock of the new number or model desired, you will be notified so that you can choose another available option, or if you prefer, it will be processed as a return according to the protocol indicated below.

Our goal is your total satisfaction as a customer, and if you are not satisfied with your online purchase You can request a return from anywhere in the world, within 14 calendar days after the delivery date.*.

At EIGHT & ARGÔT we make it easy and we take care of everything. We will pick up your order at the address indicated or you can leave your package at a collection point**.

Once the product returns to our facilities and has been verified, the amount of your purchase will be refunded, deducting the RETURN FEE corresponding:

Acceptance of a return is subject to verification that we receive the item in the same condition in which it was delivered: it must be returned undamaged, together with its original box (without postal labels attached), and including all its accessories.

Try on your new shoes on a carpeted surface to preserve the sole of the shoe until you decide to keep them. EIGHT & ARGÔT will refuse exchanges or returns of products that have been damaged in any way. If this occurs, the customer will be responsible for collecting it from our facilities and no refund will be issued.

You have three options to make a return: (1) through your own carrier – FREE , (2) in person – FREE or (3) asking us to manage the collection.

(1) If you prefer to take care of sending the item to be returned back to us, the return shipping will be at your expense. We recommend that you do so by courier or certified mail, and that you keep the proof of shipment. This option is FREE, once the product arrives at our facilities and has been validated, you will be fully refunded the original purchase amount.

You will receive a response and authorization email within 24-72 hours, with all the necessary information, delivery address and instructions so you can proceed with the shipment of your return.

Until we receive the item in our facilities, it is your responsibility. The transport company chosen by the client will be responsible for any incident in the shipment or package.

Under no circumstances will returns sent postage due be accepted. And if when delivering the package the carrier demands payment of an amount, this will be subtracted from the amount to be returned to the customer.

(2) Also You can make your returns in person at any of our temporary events or in our permanent space EIGHT & ARGÔT (See address and appointment). This option is FREE and you will be fully refunded the original purchase amount.

(3) EITHER If you prefer, we will take care of everything, and we manage the collection of the item to be returned with our courier agency. In this case, the refund of the purchase amount can be requested in the form of a coupon (FREE return), or through a financial refund using the same payment method used for the purchase (discounting the rate of €8 for the Peninsula and €10 for the Balearic Islands).

You will receive a response and authorization email within 24-72 hours, with all the necessary information and instructions to arrange collection by our carrier and proceed with the return.

Once the product arrives at our facilities and has been validated, we will proceed with issuing the chosen refund.

The EXPRESS shipping fee for the initial delivery will not be refunded.

You will receive a response and authorization email within 24-72 hours, with all the necessary preparation information, your return shipping label and instructions so you can return by arranging a collection with DHL Express (TIPSA for Portugal), or if you prefer, drop off the package at the nearest DHL Express point.

Once EIGHT & ARGÔT has received and validated the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded minus the corresponding return fee (€15 from the EU or €25 from Madeira or the Azores).

You will receive a response and authorization email within 24-72 hours, with all the necessary information, delivery address and instructions so you can proceed with the shipment of your return.

We will assist you at all times, but you will have to be responsible for sending the product back to us and covering the costs arising from said return shipment (non-refundable). It can only be returned by certified mail, and it is essential to follow the guidelines of EIGHT & ARGÔT so that it reaches us free of additional charges or taxes. If you do not do so, the import costs caused by the return will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

You must keep the shipping receipt and tracking code, since until we receive the item at our facilities it is under your responsibility.

Once the product arrives at our facilities and has been validated, the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded, deducting the corresponding return fee (€10 if from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, or €35 if from the rest of the countries).

Information notes on returns and refunds:

The website will not accept exchanges or returns that are communicated or sent outside the established deadlines and requirements, nor will it accept returns or exchanges of used, washed, damaged items, or items with defects caused by improper use.

Packages returned as returns that have not been previously processed and authorized by email, according to the procedures established by EIGHT & ARGÔT for each territory, will not be accepted.

For a financial refund, you will receive the amount corresponding to the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase, and within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt and validation at our facilities.

For a refund in the form of a coupon, you will receive an email with your coupon code within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return and validation.

If you apply a coupon/gift card to a new order, and subsequently request a return, this will be made in the form of a coupon/gift card up to the maximum amount of the initial coupon/gift card and, if this does not cover the amount return, with refund of the difference.

Any tariff charges, customs fees and import taxes on the initial shipment to the customer are never refunded as they are collected by the customs authorities of the destination country.

For purchases in physical stores, exchanges will only be accepted for another size, model or a voucher for the value of the purchase, as long as the shoe is in perfect condition and within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (see extended period for Christmas).

In the event of a defective or incorrect product, the item will be returned and/or replaced free of charge, or the full amount paid will be refunded without return costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt and validation at our facilities.

At EIGHT & ARGÔT we have rigorous quality controls, and our products are always checked and validated before being shipped. Irregularities in the finishes and/or materials are not considered defects, as they are imperfections derived from the artisanal production of the product and its processes. Also bear in mind that leather is a noble and natural material, sometimes hand-dyed/stamped, so any veins, marks, wrinkles, pores and differences in tone that may appear in it are normal and guarantee its authenticity.
